A Brahmacari Monk just handed me a Hindu bible while I was walking to the Alkek Library. Brand new book. Fully illustrated. With the plastic cover still on it. Half of the book’s text is in the Arabic language too.
I didn’t have any money to donate to him (wanted to because he’s giving me a free book) so I gave him the only thing I had in my wallet - a Denny’s gift card....

I’m going to be on air in about 15 minutes. KTSW.net or FM 89.9 if you’re near a radio. I’ll just be naming the songs being played, weather, and other shit like that but it’d be amazing if you tuned in.

I will spend my last day of winter break reading Tiny Buddha continuously. First classes on Wednesday.
Oh, and I went on air today around 10 AM during DJ training (KTSW FM 89.9) Pretty nerve-racking shit, but supposedly I did decent. Round 2 on Friday.
